Downloading Instructions for FX Trading Station 2.0

1. Click on either link: FX Trading Station for Windows | Self-extracting EXE file (7.5MB) 2. Check Run or Open (Do not click Save). 3. Follow the installation instructions on the screen. 4. Once the program is fully installed, an FX Trading Station icon will appear on your desktop, as well as the item "FX Trading" in your Programs Menu. Click on the FX Trading Station, in the menu or on the desktop, and enter your User ID and password. Under "Connection", use the drop down arrow to select "Demo".

Apple User? Download Restrictions

Java Trading Station

If you trade on a Macintosh/Apple or have other firewall or download restrictions, you may want to try FXCM’s Java Platform. Please note that this is a beta version and FXCM does not support this platform. Please use the PC platform when possible to ensure a higher level of platform reliability and speed.

Is Your Computer on a Wireless Connection?

FX Trading Station for Windows | ZIP file (7.5MB)

Wireless internet connections do not provide a consistent, uninterrupted flow of data between your professional FX Trading Station and our Trading Desk. A physical internet connection is highly recommended. If you are using such an unstable connection, you may have trouble downloading the FX Trading Station. If you have no alternative to wireless, you may want to try the zip file instead.

Is Your Computer on a Dial-up Connection?

FX Trading Station for Windows Standalone | Self-extracting EXE file (6.4MB)

If you are on a dial-up connection, the FX Trading Station may be too large to download at once. You may want to try downloading the software in parts. First, download each of the links below into the same folder on your computer. Once you have finished, click on “Start Installation” to complete the process. If you are using the standalone option to download the FX Trading Station, you will also need to download the charts.
